Plexulio is an informational real estate crowdlending platform that provides information about collective investment opportunities in construction and urban development projects in Chile.

The Platform allows users to learn about the principles of real estate crowdfunding, explore information about projects, and contact the Plexulio team for more details about available investment opportunities.

To use the Platform, you must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under Chilean law.

By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements and that all information you provide is truthful, accurate, and complete.

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms. It is prohibited to: use the Platform in any way that could damage, disable, or impair the service; attempt unauthorized access to any part of the Platform; use robots, scrapers, or other automated means to access content; and reproduce, duplicate, or exploit any part of the Platform without prior written authorization.

To the maximum extent permitted by Chilean law, Plexulio SpA shall not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the use or inability to use the Platform.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Chile. Any dispute arising in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the jurisdiction of the ordinary courts of the city of Santiago, Chile.

The parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of said courts, waiving any other forum that may correspond to them.

Plexulio reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Modifications will take effect from their publication on the Platform. It is the user's responsibility to periodically review these Terms.

Continued use of the Platform after the publication of changes constitutes your acceptance of the modified Terms.
