This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, store, and protect your personal information when you use our real estate crowdlending platform, in compliance with Law No. 19,628 on Protection of Private Life and applicable Chilean regulations.

We collect information that you provide directly when registering, completing forms, or communicating with us. This includes: full name, email address, phone number, and any other information you choose to share through the contact form.

Additionally, we automatically collect technical browsing data, such as your IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and time spent on the site. This data is used exclusively to improve the functionality and performance of the platform.

We use your personal information for the following purposes: responding to your inquiries and contact requests, providing you with information about our real estate crowdlending services, improving and optimizing the user experience on our platform, complying with legal and regulatory obligations, and sending you relevant communications about the platform if you have given your consent.
